The Modelling Agency performs 3D Laser Scanning for existing buildings and sites. We scan buildings, structures, facades and existing site features to create Revit models for Architects, Engineers, Developers and Contractors.

Based in the GTA, we work with our clients to deliver the scans in the format best suited for their needs including BIM Models for design development, building and facade restoration, renovations, pre-construction and post-construction condition records.
