Prince Edward County - Private Residence

For this new build in Prince Edward County, The Modelling Agency was asked to scan this intricate site to create a BIM model and set of drawings for the project. The owners needed to adhere to The County’s strict setback requirements from the wetlands. The design team were able to maximize the limited space that remained after the setbacks were followed. Construction begins 2022.
