A new mixed-use development will replace the almost 100-year-old abattoir buildings at Niagara and Tecumseth Streets. Within the 5-acre site there are plans to restore and preserve the smokestack. The Modelling Agency was tasked to 3D laser scan and produce a BIM model and drawings, based on the scans, to reflect the existing conditions.
